Hope for Children and Aged Rehabilitation center Sunyani -Brong Ahafo Region Ghana West Africa was constructed in 2010 and was commissioned on 28th January ,2018 .Its aim is to combine measurement and actions in the medical and social field, inorder to bring the physically challenged back in his/her optimal place in the society.
while our objective is to find the systematic approach to the patient evaluation based on critical thinking for decision making processes or identifying impairment, functional limitations and disabilities identifying the sequence of program development based on operational design goals desired functional outcome ,and plan of care to meet the required goals to make these less fortunate children and aged happy in the society and be independent in their activity of daily living.
